Exchange Service

enables you to offer your customers an exchange service (Swap). This provides you with a powerful instrument with which to improve your product name, your customer satisfaction and maintain your client base.

You may choose between various Swap variations:

1. Direct-Swap
               Swap for a new unit.

2. Single-Swap
               The defect unit is swapped for an as-new unit out of our
               repair pool.

3. Double-Swap
               The customer receives a unit on loan; their unit is repaired
               and then swapped again with the loan unit.

For product groups on which the end-user is reliant,

for example monitors, satellite-receivers, beamers, set-top-boxes, etc..

After contacting the customer, the defect unit is exchanged for a new unit
of the same model, or for the newer model of a unit of the same value.

For product groups such as:

1. Small units in the lower price range.
2. Units which cannot be repaired.
